Policies

cancellation policy

1.

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, at least 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or schedule changes.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not be charged.

  • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled drop-off time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as same-day cancellations or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the booking cost.

Spots are limited, and last-minute cancellations often prevent other clients from booking. This policy helps ensure that time and space are respected.

Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business 🐾
